CaptainMed provides digital medical education and examination-preparation resources primarily for doctors and international medical graduates preparing for the Australian Medical Council CAT MCQ examination.

CaptainMed is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the Australian Medical Council.

All materials are for education and examination preparation only. They are not medical advice and do not replace professional clinical judgement, current guidelines, local protocols, supervision, or consultation with qualified healthcare professionals.

Medicine evolves. Although reasonable efforts are made to maintain useful content, CaptainMed does not warrant that every item will remain complete, current, or applicable to every clinical situation.

You are responsible for your account security. Accounts and purchased access are for one individual and may not be sold, transferred, sublicensed, shared, or lent.

CaptainMed may use reasonable session and device controls and may restrict an account where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorised access, account sharing, fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

CaptainMed may offer the following digital products:

• Individual mock examinations and mock packages
• Recall collections
• Theory resources and revision notes
• High-yield educational resources
• Staged or instalment-based educational packages
• Subscriptions, bundled access, and other digital learning resources

The content, access duration, price, and applicable conditions will be displayed before purchase. For staged products, later modules may depend on successful payment of the corresponding instalment.

Where CaptainMed purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy, Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and processes the transaction, applicable taxes, and related payment matters. Payment-provider terms may also apply.

CaptainMed does not directly receive or store complete payment-card details when an external payment provider processes a transaction. Payment checkout is not currently active.

Where recurring subscriptions are offered, the price, billing frequency, and included access will be displayed before purchase. Subscriptions continue according to the selected period until cancelled under the checkout and payment-provider terms.

Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not ordinarily remove access already paid for before the end of the billing period, unless access is terminated for fraud, abuse, or a material breach.

Unless stated otherwise, CaptainMed's original educational content, explanations, question structures, revision resources, graphics, algorithms, platform design, and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to CaptainMed and protected by applicable law.

Purchased access provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable educational-use right. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, upload, share, scrape, systematically download, build an unauthorised question bank from, or commercially exploit CaptainMed content.

You must not circumvent access controls, share accounts, systematically copy content, redistribute paid resources, interfere with security, access another user's account without authority, or use CaptainMed unlawfully. Reasonable content-protection restrictions may be updated over time.

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and, where applicable, the obligations and policies of our Merchant of Record or payment provider.

CaptainMed aims to provide reliable access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, or events beyond reasonable control may cause interruptions.

Educational material, features, products, and platform functionality may change. Material changes affecting a paid product will be handled reasonably and consistently with applicable consumer law.

Using CaptainMed does not guarantee examination success, a particular score, registration, employment, or another professional outcome. Readiness scores and analytics are educational tools, not guarantees or official AMC assessments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaptainMed is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on educational content for real-world clinical decisions or from examination, registration, employment, or professional outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

These Terms may be updated as CaptainMed develops or where legal, regulatory, or operational requirements change. The current version will be published here with an updated revision date.
