Academic Integrity and Content Use
How to use CaptainMed fairly while protecting original and third-party educational material.

1.Personal educational use
CaptainMed grants access for ordinary individual learning and personal examination preparation.
2.Prohibited use
- Do not share an account or resell access.
- Do not copy, export, scrape, or automatically extract the question bank.
- Do not create screenshots or exports intended for redistribution.
- Do not republish explanations, pearls, images, or other protected content.
- Do not use content to train or populate a competing product without written permission.
- Do not present CaptainMed questions as official AMC material.
3.Study notes and quotations
You may create personal study notes and use short quotations where legally permitted and properly attributed. This does not grant redistribution or commercial-use rights.
4.Third-party and confidential material
Respect third-party copyright, licences, patient privacy, and confidential clinical information. Never submit identifiable patient information.
5.Reporting suspected misuse
Report suspected content theft or false representation to captainmed.info@gmail.com.
6.Consequences
Reasonably substantiated misuse may lead to content removal, access suspension or termination, and other proportionate action available under applicable law. CaptainMed does not overstate rights in third-party material.
