Depending on how you use CaptainMed, we may collect:

• Name, email address, account and authentication information
• Learning activity, question and examination performance
• Bookmarks, progress, and readiness activity
• Device, session, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service
• Support communications

Do not submit patient-identifiable or confidential clinical information.

CaptainMed may store questions attempted, answers selected, mock performance, Recall progress, readiness assessments, and other learning activity. This supports progress tracking, analytics, personalised learning features, and platform functionality.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers. Where Lemon Squeezy processes a CaptainMed purchase, it acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment processing and associated transaction information. Payment checkout is not currently active.

CaptainMed does not directly store complete payment-card numbers when payment processing is handled by these providers.

CaptainMed uses Supabase for authentication and database infrastructure and Vercel for hosting. Trusted providers may also support payment processing, analytics, monitoring, or email delivery where configured. Providers process information only as necessary for their services and under their own applicable terms.

CaptainMed uses necessary cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and platform functionality. Additional analytics technologies may be introduced with appropriate notices or controls where required.

CaptainMed uses reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide CaptainMed, maintain legitimate business and transaction records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect platform security and integrity.

Depending on location, applicable law may provide rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Certain information may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, transaction-record, or other legitimate purposes.

CaptainMed is intended for medical professionals, medical graduates, and adult examination candidates. It is not designed as a service for children.
